It happened on the 2000 block of Isner Lane.
Officers found Steafan Winston Jr. with a single gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said Tyika Lashon Johnson is now facing a murder charge in connection with the domestic dispute.
A death investigation is ongoing.
