DURHAM (WTVD) -- Police say a man shot in the 600 block of Lee Street in Durham Saturday night has died.
Rakwon Smith, 18, was found just before 10 p.m. in his home near the intersection with Geer Street.
He was listed in critical condition over the weekend, but police said Monday he had passed away and the case has turned into a homicide investigation.
The shots appeared to have been fired from outside the house, according to a preliminary investigation.
There's no word on a suspect or what led up to the shooting. No charges have been filed at this time.
