Man sought in Fayetteville home invasion

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are looking for a man in connection with a home invasion at his ex-girlfriend's house.

Police say that about 10:50 p.m. Sunday, Darius Deon McNair, 25, forced his way into a home in the 190 block of Grove View Terrace. Once inside, he attempted to force Jalissa Pedrosa, 25, out of the house.

McNair left after Pedrosa was able to get away after a struggle and call 911.

The Fayetteville Police Department has warrants on McNair for first-degree burglary and second-degree kidnapping and is seeking the public's help with locating McNair.

McNair also has a warrant for failing to appear in court in reference to a previous incident involving Pedrosa.
