An isolated storm is possible later this evening in our northern border counties, but the chance is only around 30%.
Still hot tomorrow, even with a "cool" front slipping down to our southern border. That's where a few isolated storms could develop late in the day. The Triangle will likely miss out on any rain.
A little cooler Tuesday with highs in the upper 80s and lower humidity, then another stretch of 90s begins Wednesday.
There are signs that humidity will increase Thursday through the weekend. I'm cautiously optimistic we could see daily afternoon and evening storm chances. It's a summertype pattern - hitandmiss storms, but better than nothing.
Have a great day!
