JACKSONVILLE, N.C. (WTVD) -- A woman from Jacksonville, N.C. is accused of biting a man's genitals and causing permanent damage.
WGHP reports that Martinne Patricia Delavega, 51, was charged with malicious castration and assault causing serious bodily injury.
