HOPE MILLS, N.C. (WTVD) -- A pedestrian was hit and killed while walking on Parkton Road in Cumberland County.
The crash happened Sunday night in the 5400 block of Parkton Road in Hope Mills.
According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, a brother and sister were crossing Parkton Road when the brother was hit by a truck and died at the scene.
Their identities have not been released.
The investigation is still ongoing.
