GOLDSBORO, NC (WTVD) -- Goldsboro police are investigating after a 21-year-old man was shot to death early Friday morning.
Officers responded to the 100 block of Astor Court around 1:08 a.m., where they found the victim unresponsive behind an apartment building.

Shai Taylor Valentine was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
