WELDON, N.C. (WTVD) -- Police have made a second arrest in the killing of a teenager in Weldon that led to the retaliation shooting of a 2-year-old girl.
19-year-old Dalonte Bradley faces a first-degree murder charge in the death of 15-year-old Keyuon Garner.
Halifax County deputies say they arrested him Thursday.
Authorities are still looking for a third suspect, Teddy Anderson Jr.
