Justin Eisner is a photographer and is still set to shoot a wedding on Saturday in downtown Raleigh.
"We're told it's a go," said Eisner, who owns Yours, Durham Photography Studio.
He's done hundreds of events, and he showed ABC11 some of his work -- but as a photographer in the South, he doesn't have too many opportunities to shoot the big day as snow blankets the city.
"The couple says the wedding's on. Vendors are working with them, as we are as well. They're excited. We're excited," he said. "The couple's feeling it, so we're going forward with it."
People made the most of Friday evening's dry weather. ABC11 found folks out at downtown Durham bars and restaurants.
The night was even more special for Jason McIntyre, who was celebrating his 22nd birthday with friends before the second round of wintry weather.
He said, "We've been out today and yesterday."
"I've been cooped up because it just snowed last week," said Durham resident Jairius Davis.
