Around 8:20 p.m. Friday, a deputy responded to a report of a man trespassing at a home in eastern Wake County.
When the deputy arrived, the suspect was already gone, but he came back to the area while the deputy was still there and was taken into custody.
Deputies later learned more information about the suspect and victim's relationship when the victim was a juvenile.
Jaymahney Collins, 25, has been charged with six counts of second-degree sex exploitation of a minor, one count of cyberstalking, one count of harassing phone calls, and one count of misdemeanor stalking.
No other information was released by the sheriff's office.
