RALEIGH, N.C. (WTVD) -- Wake Tech Community College president testified Wednesday morning in Washington D.C. before the U.S. House Committee on Education and Workforce.

The hearing comes as Wake Tech plays a critical role in the new Careers Electric Initiative, a national workforce initiative designed to expand access to high-quality electrical training and create clear pathways into well-paying, in-demand careers.
