WILSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A teen was injured after a shooting Friday morning in Wilson.
At about 2 a.m., Wilson County Sheriff's Office were called to 3156 Stantonsburg Rd for reported shots fired.
Deputies said they found a 14-year-old male with a bullet wound on his hand when they arrived.
This is an ongoing investigation.
