DURHAM (WTVD) -- The 80-year-old woman who was badly burned in a fire in Durham passed away over the weekend.
According to her obituary, Margaret Spruill died on Saturday.

She and her 59-year-old disabled son were inside the home they shared on Roxboro Road on Friday when the fire started.
Spruill's son, who uses a wheelchair, is expected to recover.
Firefighters said the fire started in the kitchen.
