It marks one of her first public appearances since announcing her retirement from the professional stage earlier this month.
Thousands of women across North Carolina attended the conference, which ran from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. inside the Raleigh Convention Center.
The exciting and formative event brings women together from all across the state to learn from their peers and find ways to elevate their businesses or leadership.
"There's a lot of girl boss energy happening here. How does that feel being in a room with so many powerful women?" ABC11's Tamara Scott asked.
"Really good. Really, really empowering. It just kind of makes you feel like nothing is impossible," said Kirsten March.
The day featured many breakout sessions where attendees connected on navigating through the AI age, productivity, leadership, finances and more.
Women we talked with in attendance say the conference brings a lot of knowledge but also a feeling of belonging.
"I think really getting together with women and just being able to support one another and recognize that there's so many opportunities in North Carolina for women and I think that's something that's really special because not everybody gets to experience that now for sure," said Allison Cuteri.
ABC11 is a proud sponsor of this event.
