AMBER Alert canceled for missing 3-year-old NC girl Rhy'Lea Tyler, who was found safe

BELHAVEN, N.C. (WTVD) -- An AMBER Alert was canceled Saturday afternoon for a missing 3-year-old girl from Beaufort County after she was found safe.

The Beaufort County Sheriff's Office told ABC affiliate WITN that Rhy'Lea Dior Tyler was found and is OK.

No other information was immediately released.

Authorities were looking for Rhy'Lea, who was reported missing late Friday night.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children said Rhy'Lea may have been headed to New York with her alleged abductor, but other details have been released.

Rhy'Lea was last seen in Belhaven.



Rhy'Lea was believed to be with Stephanie Lee Spencer, 54. Spencer walks with a limp and her left pinky is always bent.



There was no immediate word on Spencer's involvement or whether she faces any charges.
