Scotty McCreery, his wife announce they're expanding the family. The couple is expecting their first baby, a boy, in November, a family rep confirmed to People Magazine.

GARNER, N.C. (WTVD) -- American Idol winner and Garner native Scotty McCreery and his wife, Gabi, shared some big news Tuesday.

The couple is about to welcome their first child.

McCreery tweeted a picture of the couple with the ultrasound images of their baby boy.

Baby McCreery is due in November.
