WENDELL, WAKE COUNTY (WTVD) -- A Wake County man is now facing multiple charges after deputies say he was involved in a domestic dispute that ended in a stabbing.
Deputies got the call around 3:45 a.m. Friday, they say when they arrived to home in Wendell, they found Justin Alston, 36, with a stab wound.

After further investigation, authorities say they found that the altercation was a result of a domestic dispute and Alston was among those involved.
The suspect was transported to Wake Medical Center where he was treated and released.

He's charged with First Degree Burglary, Assault with Deadly Weapon with Attempt to Kill, and Assault Inflicting Serious Injury.
Alston was also charged for violation of pre-trial release for a separate offense.
