For example, a potential name is 'Brooke' after journalist Brooke Baldwin, or 'Gwen' after Gwendolyn Harrison Smith, the first Black woman to enroll at UNC.
Voting is open through Wednesday, February 21.
The winning name will be announced on Friday.
