CHAPEL HILL, North Carolina (WTVD) -- With less than two weeks to go before the start of the college football season, still no decision on the QB position at UNC.
At Monday afternoon's media avail after practice, UNC Head Coach Larry Fedora did say the team had improvement in every phase during its third scrimmage recently.

"Offensively and defense, there was a lot improvement made on both sides of the ball," he said.
When Fedora was asked about who at the quarterbacks stood out a little more, he quickly answered, "no."
But we did catch up to UNC Offensive Coordinator and OL Coach, Chris Kapilovic and Quarterbacks Coach Keith Heckendorf, to get their views on the UNC QB situation.
