The event tackled health disparities by offering women guidance on accessing services, resources, and products to enhance their physical, mental, and environmental well-being.
Numerous breakout sessions and onsite screenings will be available, including those targeting cancer, diabetes, kidney function, liver and thyroid diseases, and reproductive health.
This free event was held at Hillside High School in Durham, with satellite locations in Buncombe and Granville Counties.
