DURHAM, NC (WTVD) -- The fourth annual Women's Health Awareness Day is this Saturday, April 7 at North Carolina Central University in the Mary Townes Science Building. The event starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m. The event is free and open to all women.
