Investigators now say they have seized more than 150 dogs. Six more were found dead at the home Tuesday.
Deputies arrested Kelly Dawn Privat, 48, and charged her with 10 counts of animal cruelty. She was issued a $10,000 bond.
Privat is scheduled to appear in court on February 26.
The first search warrant at the home was carried out on Jan. 25. That's when deputies arrested property owner Alicia Dawn Culberson, 36, and charged her with 10 counts of animal cruelty.

The initial investigation began after someone called the sheriff's office to report distressing sounds coming from numerous dogs at the home.
The surviving dogs are being cared for at the Chatham Animal Resource Center where they are being nursed back to good health.
