WASHINGTON, D.C. (WTVD) -- The government shutdown didn't stop people from having fun at the nation's capital on Sunday.
After a winter storm rolled into Washington D.C., many flocked to the Washington Monument for a massive snowball fight.

Federal offices, along with some schools and universities, are closed Monday.
