Body found off of Highway 55 in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- The Durham Sheriff's Office has identified the body of the man who was found dead Saturday of Highway 55 near Hopson Road.

However, the man's identity will not be released until his family has been notified

Investigators said his death was probably of natural causes, but they are awaiting further information from the Medical Examiner's Office.
