Car runs off I-40 bridge in Wake County, lands on US-70

WAKE COUNTY (WTVD) -- Investigators are working to determine what caused an overnight crash in Wake County on Saturday.

Crews on the scene said a car heading east on I-40 ran off the left side of the road over a bridge and landed on US-70 West.

Authorities have not said if the driver was injured, or if any other cars were involved.
