FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Detectives with the Fayetteville Police Department's Aggravated Assault Unit have identified the suspect from the shooting that occurred on May 10 in the parking lot of Smokey Bones, near Cross Creek Mall.
Warrants have been issued for Terekus Derrell Rogers, 34, of the 3500 block of Torbay Drive.

Rogers has been charged with attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious bodily injury, discharging a weapon into occupied property causing serious bodily injury, robbery with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Rogers is not in custody and remains at large.
Algeria Khalyid McNair
Police have also charged the victim, Algeria Khalyid McNair, 21, of Fayetteville, with trafficking opiates, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle for keeping and selling a controlled substance.

McNair will be served with his warrants upon his release from UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, where he is being treated for his injuries.
