Man rushed to hospital after Durham shooting

DURHAM (WTVD) -- A man was rushed to the hospital overnight following a shooting near the Durham Freeway.

It happened on S. Alston Avenue.

Police told ABC11 that the man was shot twice, but he is expected to recover.

The shooting is under investigation. It is not clear what led to the incident and if there are any suspects in the case.
