Man shot early Monday in Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina (WTVD) -- Police in Fayetteville are investigating after a man was taken to the hospital in a personal vehicle early Monday.

It appears he was shot somewhere near Ferrell and Field Crest Drive.

Investigators found evidence of more than 10 shots fired.

There was no immediate word on the man's condition or suspects.
