Man shot to death in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- The Durham Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting in the 2800 block of Ashe Street shortly before 1 p.m. Monday.

Officers said 27-year-old J'Corey Terrell Bailey of Durham was dead when they arrived.

Not long after the shooting, another man arrived at a local hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound. The man, who police are not naming, is in serious condition.

Police were working to learn if the two incident are related.
