Motorcyclist seriously hurt after hit-and-run in Durham

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Police responded to a hit-and-run crash involving a motorcycle in Durham on Wednesday.

Authorities said it happened shortly after 5 p.m. at Old Chapel Hill Road and Williamsburg Road.

Police said the car that took off is a burgundy Nissan Sentra.

The biker was seriously hurt in the crash, but was conscious and responding to emergency crews.
