CHARLOTTE -- One day after Keith Lamont Scott's wife released cell phone footage of her husband's shooting outside a Charlotte apartment complex, a video taken from a different perspective has emerged.
The Charlotte Observer posted Taheshia Williams's video on Saturday. The video surfaced Friday on Youtube, and it shows the aftermath of the Tuesday shooting that sparked protests throughout the Queen City. The video appears to have been taken from a balcony somewhere in the apartment complex.
In the video, officers are seen standing over Scott's body in the parking lot, and a woman is heard saying, "He ain't movin'."

The video looks to have been taken at The Village at College Downs apartment complex on Old Concord Road where Scott lived.
Officers in the video match those seen in other pictures and videos of the scene, The Charlotte Observer reports.
