Police: Wife kills husband in Fayetteville
FAYETTEVILLE, NC (WTVD) -- The Fayetteville Police Department says a woman shot a man early Sunday in a domestic-related homicide.
It happened just after 1 a.m. in the 5600 block of Bear Creek Circle.
Police said 35-year-old Eva Lynn Hampton shot her husband Vlowski Hampton, 28, after an argument that turned physical.
Hampton has been charged with voluntary manslaughter. She is being held at the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.
Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact them.
