Troopers investigating serious crash in Johnston County

ANGIER, N.C. (WTVD) -- Highway Patrol is investigating a serious crash in Angier that happened Sunday night.

Our crew on the scene said it happened on Stephenson Road in Angier.

According to our crew, an SUV went off the road and flipped in a ditch, then burst into flames.

The driver's condition was not released.
