Two dead in Orange County shootings

CEDAR GROVE, Orange County (WTVD) -- The Orange County Sheriff's Office says two people are dead in a shooting in the 62-hundred block of Doc Corbett Road in the Cedar Grove area.

Deputies said they got the call before 11 a.m. Friday morning and found the shooting victims in a single-family home.

In a news release, the department said: "The incident is currently under investigation, but there does not appear to be an ongoing threat for community safety. The victims' names are being withheld pending the notification of their next of kin."
