Wilson man dies in house fire

WILSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A man died in a house fire at his home Sunday morning in Wilson.

It happened just after 5 a.m. in the 2000 block of Noland Drive.

When officers arrived, they said emergency crews were providing lifesaving aide to the man, Jamie M. Hill, 25. He died from his injuries.

Wilson police and Wilson fire are investigating, but officials said preliminary results don't show any foul play. They said the fire could have been accidental.
