DURHAM (WTVD) -- With guns drawn, police arrested a suspect in a Durham shooting.
Two men were sent to the hospital Tuesday morning after the shooting at McDougald Terrance Terrace on Sima Street near Ridgeway Avenue. They are expected to survive.
Durham police stopped the suspect's car on the shoulder of the Durham Freeway near the Swift Avenue exit. They approached the car and handcuffed a man and woman riding inside.
Investigators charged Terence Foster, 33, of Durham with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
Police are still investigating.
