Raleigh police investigating after woman's body found on Brentwood Road

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Raleigh police are investigating after a woman's body was found early Tuesday morning.

The unidentified woman was found on the side of the road just after midnight in the 3700 block of Brentwood Road.

Police have yet to release details surrounding the incident; however, they said there are no signs of foul play.
