Clinton, Sanders both in Charlotte this week

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Both Democratic presidential contenders are in North Carolina this week ahead of the state's primary voting.

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders is holding a rally on Monday afternoon at the PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte. The event comes between other campaign rallies Sanders has planned for Monday in Ohio and Missouri.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is also planning to be in Charlotte on Monday evening for an event at the Grady Cole Center.

North Carolina is one of five states holding primary voting on Tuesday.
