No foul play suspected after woman found dead on Wake County hiking trail

WAKE COUNTY, North Carolina (WTVD) -- The Wake County Sheriff's Office is investigating a death after finding a hikers body on a trail at the Falls Lake Dam Recreation.

On Saturday, deputies responded to the scene and found a 46-year-old woman on Kings Grant Dr. at Trescott Ct. at around 3:30 p.m.

Authorities said that no foul play is suspected, the investigation is ongoing.
