Shop Local Saturday- Alternative to Black Friday

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- In downtown Raleigh, 95-percent of the retail shops are independently owned by a local entrepreneur.

Small Business Saturday is a nationwide movement to get people to shop at local businesses.
