RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A driver is facing a DWI charge after a wreck that shut down part of Gorman Street early Monday morning.
Raleigh police say Andrew Bryce Joyner was heading west on Interstate 40 about 1 a.m. when he rear-ended a pick-up truck.
The impact caused the pick-up to dangle off of the highway.
Gorman Street was closed for about three hours as police waited for a special tow truck to pull out the truck.
Police say Joyner had a blood alcohol level of 0.14.
