Tractor-trailer overturns on I-40 westbound near Benson

BENSON, N.C. (WTVD) -- A tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 40 westbound near mile mark 329 killed the truck's driver.

It happened Tuesday after just east of the I-95 interchange.

Authorities said the truck crossed the median and crashed.

Video from Chopper 11 HD showed the truck's load of cinder blocks scattered on the highway and shoulder.
