Fayetteville praised for fight against opioid epidemic

FAYETTEVILLE, North Carolina (WTVD) -- The fight against the opioid crisis gripping North Carolina continues.

In May, the ABC11 I-Team highlighted the epidemic. ABC11 also hosted a town hall discussion focused on heroin.

On Thursday night, North Carolina Attorney General Josh Stein recognized Fayetteville for its efforts in fighting the crisis.
