Bald bandit: Man stealing hair growth treatment Rogaine from stores

MT HEALTHY, OH -- Police are searching for a bald bandit in Ohio who's stealing the hair growth drug, Rogaine.

Even though he's bald, police don't believe he using the product. They think he's trying to resell it online.

Mt. Healthy Police Detective Chris Jones said, "It's a little odd with Rogaine. We're not too sure, we're trying to look into that, but our feeling is that he's trying to re-sell this on Craigs List, e-Bay, maybe some type of flea market."

Jones explained, "He'll go into an aisle, take a basket, and he'll conceal the merchandise in the basket, open the product and then conceal it in his clothing, leaving the discarded boxes in the store, in a separate aisle."

The average price of Rogaine is nearly $50.
