Police: Man shot after argument in Durham

DURHAM -- Durham police officers responded to a shooting Wednesday on Danube Lane.

Police said a 25-year-old man was shot in the backside about 12:45 p.m.

The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers say the victim had been arguing with someone when shots were fired.

So far there is no suspect in custody and no charges have been filed.
