Two men shot while walking in Harnett County

HARNETT COUNTY (WTVD) -- Authorities in Harnett County are investigating a shooting after two men were shot multiple times while walking down a road in Dunn overnight.

It happened in the 1600 block of Erwin Road.

Authorities said the two men in their 20s were walking down the road when they were approached by someone in a car. The person in the car then shot the victims.

Their injuries are said to be serious, but the extent of their injuries have not been released. Their names are also being withheld.

Officials are currently looking for the gunman.
