Workers narrowly escape roof collapse at school

JACKSON, MS (WTVD) -- Workers narrowly escaped a major roof collapse at a school in Mississippi when water and debris rushed in and flooded a hallway.

The dramatic collapse was caught on surveillance video Monday.

The bottom literally fell out when part of roof collapsed during severe weather.

Officials said they believed heavy rain was too much for the roof, causing it to cave in.

No one was hurt.
