Girl says man touched her near Raleigh school bus stop

A student said a man approached and touched her near a bus stop.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A 14-year-old student told police that a man touched her inappropriately and made lewd remarks near a school bus stop early Tuesday morning.

The victim said it happened about 6 a.m. as she was standing near the bus stop on Brockton Drive.

The suspect was described as a dark-skinned black male in his 30s to 40s with a short beard who may or may not have a mustache. He was wearing a black hoodie with black or blue baggy pants, has small eyes and his upper left front tooth is chipped. The suspect was last seen walking north on Hoyle Drive.

The girl was not physically injured and reported the incident after she arrived safely at school.

The investigation continues and no arrest has been made.
