CLEARWATER, Fla. (WTVD) -- A North Carolina woman allegedly poured vodka into the faces and eyes of a 7-year-old boy at a pool in Florida, ABC affiliate WFTS reported.

According to an arrest affidavit, Roseanna Marie Kiser, 23, who was staying at the Sheraton Sand Key, was in a hotel pool and drinking from a bottle of vodka when the boy splashed water near her.

Kiser became angry and poured the vodka on the boy, then grabbed him around the chest and pushed him further away into the water.

Hotel management called Clearwater Police, The manager and officers responded to her hotel room, where she was told seven times to gather her belongings and leave, or she would be arrested.

She refused and was arrested. During the arrest she repeatedly kicked a male officer in the groin with her heel, "resulting in extreme pain and physical injury to the arresting officer's groin area," according to the affidavit.

She also fought with other officers.
