Wake County school collects supplies for La. flood victims

WAKE FOREST, N.C. (WTVD) -- A school in Wake County is helping students in the Louisiana flood zone.

Staff and students at Wake Forest Middle School have been collecting supplies for a school in the Lafayette Parish district. That area will house one of the schools that had to move because of flood damage.

The school will be packing up the supplies later this week and sending them down to Louisiana.
